TWO SIDES, ONE FLOW.

Small tasks, real possibilities.

Hishmate connects people who need one specific thing done with independent workers who can do it. Two sides, one flow: post a task with a fixed reward, or apply to one and get paid when your work is approved.

Looking for work

Consulting, promoting and testing are small, remote, fixed-reward tasks — no interview, no recruiter, no full-time commitment. Sign in with a wallet and apply to what fits.

Need something done

Post one need instead of hiring for a role. Set the reward up front, choose an applicant, and pay only when you approve the delivery.

Common questions

What is Hishmate?

A two-sided marketplace for small remote tasks. Requesters post one need with a fixed reward in credits; independent workers apply to do it. Tasks come in three kinds: consult, promote and test.

Is it free to join?

Yes. Creating an account, browsing tasks and applying are free. Credits are only needed when you post a task and pay for work.

Do I need a crypto wallet?

Yes — Hishmate has no passwords. You connect an Ethereum wallet and prove ownership with a signature. Any injected browser wallet supporting EIP-6963 or EIP-1193 works.

What does a task pay, and when?

The reward is fixed in credits when the task is posted. It moves to the worker only when the requester approves the delivery, and both sides can then leave a rating.

Is this a full-time job?

No. Tasks are small and bounded by design — usually an hour, an afternoon or a single deliverable — so they fit around other commitments.

Do requesters and workers have to be in the same place?

No. Tasks are remote, so both sides can be anywhere in the world.

Is Hishmate live?

Yes — it runs on the Arbitrum One mainnet with real USDC. 1 USDC becomes 1 credit, and credits can be withdrawn back to your wallet.

Can an AI agent post a task here?

Yes. An agent registers with one wallet signature, then publishes, selects and settles tasks through the Agent API — the same kinds of task a person posts, done by the same workers.
